Individual / Group / Team Training

Spring Session for 2019 begins on Sunday, March 10th, 2019 at 4:30 - 6:30pm for $60 per session.  The session runs 5 consecutive sundays through Sunday, February 3rd, 2019. 

$60 per session

$200 for all 4 sessions if paid up front - Savings of $50 dollars / $10 per session

Group training is our most popular type of training. It is in the form of a specific position focused on drills that will get you better. and prepared to meet all of your goals. 

Individual training is our roots of development would be a one on one hour long session with a coach on a specific position to reach your specific goals. 

Team training is a type of training FITfootball is looking to do with a local high school team.  We want to offer top notch coaching starting with the front 7 on defense and the run game on offense.  With proper communication with the coaches FITfootball would be in lock step with  your coaching staff on what you want trained and repped for your defense or offense.  This can be position individual, group drills, and team drills.
